Yogurt preserves and enhances nutritional value of milk. In this study, we have compared several strains to determine the physicochemical, sensory, rheological and aroma characteristics of different yogurts. We used Lactobacillus gasseri LGZ 1029 (LG), commercial probiotic L. rhamnosus (LGG) and traditional fermentation strains Streptococcus thermophilus and L. bulgaricus (SL). Results showed that the flavour and texture characteristics of mixed-strain yogurts were obviously better than in single-strain yogurts. Addition of LG increased pseudoplastic behaviour, as shown by Herschel–Bulkley model analysis of rheological behaviour. The LG + SL group also had both the highest viscosity consistency index and thickening ability. In addition, a total of 57 volatile compounds were detected in yogurts and the fermentation with the addition of LG was mainly affected by ketones. Perovskite oxides LaCoO_3 prepared by templating, co-precipitation and sol-gel method with different complexants were systematically characterized and its catalytic performances for CO oxidation were investigated. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, N_2 physisorption, transmission electron microscopy, temperature program reduction of hydrogen, temperature program desorption of oxygen and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurement, results of which show that the properties of LaCoO_3, such as surface morphology, surface area, surface compositions, redox capability, oxygen vacancy, as well as the calcination temperature and formation mechanism, depend intimately on the preparation method. Catalytic tests indicate that the sample prepared by carbon templating method shows the best activity for CO oxidation, with full CO conversion obtained at 135 ℃. In particular, the catalyst can be activated and significant increase of activity can be obtained with the increase of reaction time. 为了研究多孔复合管膜对钢铁产业污水的过滤性能及其过滤机理,采用静滴法做了水滴和油滴在复合管膜上的润湿性研究。采用扫描电镜、EDS等手段分析了使用前后的多孔复合管膜外壁及内壁的结构及成分,分析了含油污水中固体颗粒及油的过滤机理,并利用视频光学接触角测量仪测量水滴和油滴在复合管膜上接触角随时间的变化速率。结果表明,在污水过滤过程中,水中小于管膜表层微孔孔径的氧化铁等杂质进入复合管膜内部,无法随水流穿过复合管膜膜层,积累在管膜内部;随着管膜使用时间延长,氧化铁等杂质在复合管膜内部积累量增多。水在复合管膜上的润湿性良好,油滴在复合管膜上是不润湿的。 相似文献

Although business process outsourcing (BPO) can reduce cost and enhance the competitiveness of firms, the implementation of BPO projects is unsatisfactory. By integrating knowledge management capability theory and risk-based view, we develop a model of how different types of BPO risks affect project satisfaction and how knowledge management capability changes the influences of BPO risks. A survey of 121 BPO projects was conducted among BPO client department manager and project manager through a pairwise design. Empirical evidence reveals that social system, technical system, and project management risks negatively affect BPO project satisfaction. However, cultural, technological, and structural levels of knowledge management capabilities weaken the negative risk effects of social system, technical system, and project management, respectively. The porous platelet-shaped α-Bi2O3 photocatalyst was successfully synthesized by a novel hydrothermal–calcination method assisted with ethylenediamine and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The physical and chemical properties of α-Bi2O3 photocatalyst were characterized based on XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, EDS, UV–Vis DRS, and PL techniques. The influence of preparation conditions on the formation of α-Bi2O3 photocatalyst was investigated, and the effect of catalyst dosage and pH value on the EE2 removal rate was also investigated. The synthesized porous platelet-shaped α-Bi2O3 photocatalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity for 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2), and 97.8% of EE2 was removed after 75 min of visible light irradiation using α-Bi2O3 as photocatalyst. The reaction rate constant over the porous platelet-shaped α-Bi2O3 photocatalyst was 11.6 and 11.4 times of that of traditional α-Bi2O3 and N-TiO2, respectively. The possible photocatalytic mechanism has been discussed on the basis of the theoretical calculation and the experimental results. The porous platelet-shaped α-Bi2O3 was a stable and efficient photocatalyst, proving that it is a promising photocatalyst. 相似文献
